With over twenty five years of combined experience in several Engineering, Project Management and Quality Management roles, including serving on the management team at a Coca Cola plant and recently successfully leading a number of departments an Engineering Director,  I have worked with people to achieve team goals and execute results. I understand the demands and challenges you are experiencing. As a certified leadership coach and strategist, I will take a look from the outside, help you see what's possible, and together we will work to solve your current work challenges and help you reach your desired goals.
